"Rahat Construction does excellent work. Kazi and his crew are extremely skilled and professional, they planned the project well, and they paid attention to important details every step of the way. Communication was consistent, and the price was fair. They were also very respectful of the home. I will definitely hire them again for future work."

"Just completed gut renovation of our living room, dining room, kitchen - and basement with CNM Construction. They are pleasant, reliable and take pride in their work. Matteo and Vincente were here from demolition to completion. They cared about the smallest details and went above expectations. The finished result is just what we wanted. I would recommend this company to anyone doing renovations on their home."

"Cooper Cooling & Heating is just the business you want for long-term service. Owner/master technician, Steven Cooper, is thoughtful and conscientious with his work. He installed two Nest thermostats in my home, and he went above what was required to clean out the heating units and to ensure I understood the workings of the units. He was attentive to cleanliness and to leaving no trace of his superb work. Very fair price and very professional"

"Samir was a pleasure to work with. He contacted me last night to see what kind of work I needed done. He arrived early with fixtures and instead of installing two fixtures as we had discussed, he installed one and it’s beautiful. Samir is very professional and is easy to work with. I would hire him again in a heartbeat!"

Qualified, licensed electricians will charge from $50 to $100 per hour. The cost to hire an electrician for emergency visits may range from $100 to $200 per hour because this urgent service usually takes place during off hours and may require an electrician to leave or reschedule jobs they’re currently working on. Scheduling work on holidays or during periods of high customer demand, like after a major storm, will also lead to higher rates or extra fees.
