Mario walked me through the proposed work and was very responsive with my co-op paperwork. When Alfredo and his team came, they followed all my building’s rules: allowed work times, access areas, protecting lobby floors and waste removal. Alfredo is extremely knowledgeable and was happy to go over all my concerns during the work. He washers everyday to oversee the team along with personally doing the work himself. The job took longer than expected because the pantry walls were in such bad shape, and they did it the more difficult way in order to save me as much space as possible while leveling out the walls.
