I was extremely pleased with the work done by Ms and Mr Construction. Not only did they fit me into the schedular based on my request of when I wanted the work done but they offered information concerning materials being used and at a price I felt was worth it. The work done was enough that I would say if you're consideration for hiring is value, effort and customer satisfaction then this is definitely the one you should choose.

I hired Elson and his team for a bathroom remodel of my mother’s home. They did a fabulous job. He was very communicative during the entire process and the cost was reasonable. I need to renovate my mother’s kitchen and will definitely call them again.

-Ms & Mr. Construction came to my home on 9/6/25 evaluated the project and quoted me at $8500 (both verbally and written contract) to demo 4.25 walls of drywall only 3/4 the way up from bottom of wall, remove & replace baseboards, tape & spackle, and apply 2 coats of paint on same walls. -They required a $3400 deposit before scheduling and starting the work on the day we agreed on 9/15/25. -I zelled my $3400 deposit to Ms & Mr Constrctn on 9/12/25 -Mr & Ms Constrctn called/txt me on 9/15/25 saying that they have to start the job 3 days later than scheduled. Job actually started on 9/18/25. -DAY 1 Ms & Mr. Construction removed ALL drywall -DAY 2 They arrived at my home at 9:30am. At 9:36 Elson tells me that I have to pay EXTRA for the framing. I ask him, "What do you mean I have to pay extra for framing?" He tells me that I have to pay for the framing material for the wall because it's too much for him to pay for it. I told him that I cannot afford to pay for anything outside of the contract as the job was already on the PRICEY end. Elson/owner decided to discontinue the job and left the home by 10:36am - 10:36 Ms & Mr. Construction had already packed up debris, left my home, texted me pictures of empty rooms. He said that he would get back to me regarding how much he thinks he owes me. He has since returned $370 of my $3400 deposit for working only 1DAY & 1 hour

Mrs. and Mr. Construction completed deck maintenance, installed a vanity, caulked the shower area, and renovated the kitchen tile floor. The results were very satisfactory and met professional standards. They provided proposals detailing the required tasks and adjusted the final proposal according to budget constraints. They attended all appointments punctually and worked outside regular hours when necessary. Professional advice was given regarding additional property work. Further tasks such as wood floor renovation, backyard fence installation, and other projects are planned to be assigned to them. They are recommended for similar work. Very courteous client service.

Elson did a great job! He was efficient, detail oriented, and truly listened to what we wanted. We had other pros attempt to push us into far more work than we wanted, but Elson understood what we wanted and delivered. I truly appreciate it how he remained under budget. I also appreciated His general, kind demeanor, his promptness and responsiveness. We will definitely use Elson again in the future.

I originally wanted to install a deck with pressure treated wood, but after Elson told me about the maintenance and constant staining that is needed I decided to go for composite. Let me tell you, it was the best decision I ever made. All my guests love the way he did the solar lights all around the deck.
