He answered the phone late Saturday night and made an appointment the next day. He replaced our lock. Sunny was kind and efficient. His tech couldn't make it, so he came himself. He was very polite and easy to work with. Sunny is a hero!"

"I would never recommend this company. They completely overcharged for replacing a lock on a door. I have purchased the lock that was replaced myself in the past for about $200. I had it changed out for about $300. This is pretty average for the type of keypad lock that was installed. This company charged over $2000. I was in a bit of a predicament because I could not leave the office unlocked and he had already started before giving me the price. And if all that was not enough, he took the old lock with him. I am sure he took it back to where he purchased the first one for a refund because I looked in the dumpster and it was not there. Do not use this company."

They could not manage their vendors; what was supposed to take a week took two months. The sales rep did not return calls, and you could never get anyone in management on the phone. Random people would show up at unannounced times. The few things that an actual Guardian employee did were they made a huge mess of our newly remodeled office and were rude to our staff. We have offices in five markets across the US and have high security at each; we have never had such a poor experience."
