Best contractors near Sunnyside, NY

"Extremely well. Kazi is a great contractor and we will definitely use him again for all our project needs."

"Nunez’s team did a fantastic job! We are super happy with everything! They are reasonable and the quote I received didn’t change. They also cleaned up when they finished the project (mopping and dusting). We have other projects and will definitely be hiring Nunez. I highly recommend. I highly recommend this contractor."

"They came for the estimate. I recieved the estimate and was going to hire them for part of the work. However, I left multiple messages and my calls, text and emails were not returned. Guess they only want big jobs and $5300 in work is just a drop in the bucket to them. There should be a category for those Contractors who will only take jobs above a certain price range so we both don't waste our time."

"We interviewed and took bids from eight different contractors for our kitchen renovation. What impressed us immediately about David was his interest in the project and his suggestions for how to coordinate the finishes into a cohesive design. He paid attention to the details. Then his estimate came in and it was excellent. Not only that, but the work timeline was by far the shortest. Once the project began, we saw how organized and efficient the company was with their work schedule. Our neighbors approached us in the hallways to tell us how courteous and friendly his work crew was. This was our first major apartment renovation in a co-op building, so we were plenty nervous. David was calm and steady throughout the process. Whenever we had a question, he was available, and got us the answer. He was attentive to any request we had in order to have the project finished to our expectations. As with any major project, issues did arise, but David was very responsive and dealt with all of them to our satisfaction. He also accommodated issues that arose with materials, etc. which were not his responsibility. He found solutions for us that exceeded our expectations. At the end of the day, we wanted communication, thoughtfulness, and trust from a potential contractor. David delivered on all those points. As we enjoy our new kitchen each and every day we feel fortunate that we settled on Mayanda. We look forward to sprucing up our bathroom with his help."

"This is the only contractor I liked and I will probably hire him after I talk to some of his references. He was the first to contact me, and his price was fair. He was very professional. After that I decided to hire him. He renovated my bathroom. He did such a great job that I chose to have him do my kitchen next year.Thank You RH Construction USA, Inc!"

"Perfect. No other words needed. On time. Polite. Professional. Worked like dogs all day. Knew exactly what they were getting themselves and how to get it done. I will definitely hire them again for my next project."

"I hired this company to do a few projects around my condo - dry wall, painting, electrical work, installing hardware and shelving. The team members who worked on the projects were professional, prompt, skilled, and have an attention to detail. The work they did was superior and affordable. I highly recommend this company as they went above and beyond to make my place look great."

"Best contractors we have ever worked with. We will definitely use them for anything we need in the future. Every single day, they showed up, ON TIME like clockwork, and worked hard. I can’t say that for other companies we have worked with. Now I realize how bad the other companies were! Finished on schedule (3-4 weeks). Very friendly crew, easy to work with. Everything was “no problem.” :) Gave my husband and I piece of mind. They know what they’re doing, and even though we kept piling on projects after the initial work was started, they still finished within the original time alotted. Really, really good guys."

"I have used Ryan Victor on multiple projects from full kitchen and bath remodeling, painting and a variety of plumbing and general repairs. They are always quick to respond and easy to work with and the price is fair"

"You won’t find a better remodeling business Elite Tech Remodeling. I am so pleased with the work they have done for me over the past couple months. A highly qualified architect will guide you through every detail of planning and design. On top of that, a contractor will lay out the project, and plan, problem solve and execute all while staying on schedule and in budget! I love my kitchen now. If you need any renovations I, HIGHLY, recommend these guys."
