Guess they only want big jobs and $5300 in work is just a drop in the bucket to them. There should be a category for those Contractors who will only take jobs above a certain price range so we both don't waste our time."

"After a bad experience, I hired P.Bright to complete the job. Ezequiel and his team were extremely hardworking. I have hired many contractors over the years and this was a pleasant change. They worked on shutter and trim repair. Also insulating my walls, priming and painting. Lastly they replaced an exterior grille. The work looked very nice. - A proposal was provided at the beginning - They protected all the surfaces and cleaned up. I have cleaned up after multiple contractors and now will not hire anyone that does not leave the job as they found it - They provide enough staff to do the work properly (this is important as a lot of GCs will send too few or sometimes too many) - All the men worked very hard and when I would check in on them, they were always working. Very pleasant team with no attitude - During construction, one may discover additional repairs, they took this into their stride and were able to do it - Price was on par with others I have hired As a general rule, I find it helpful to discuss everything upfront and get things in writing before the work proceeds so there is less confusion."

The results were very satisfactory and met professional standards. They provided proposals detailing the required tasks and adjusted the final proposal according to budget constraints. "George and his team did a great job gut-renovating my New York City apartment. George guided me through the entire renovation process from the initial design to handling DOB permits/inspections to the actual construction and everything in between. He and his crew are top-notch - they are by the far the best contracting company I've worked with. The quality of their work is fantastic, and their attention to detail is outstanding. I am particularly happy with the flooring, tiling, and painting that they did. I always receive compliments from visitors on how nice everything looks in my apartment post-renovation. Price-wise, Elite Tech is not the cheapest nor the most expensive. Their prices are fair and they do NOT cut corners. A few times George was not entirely satisfied with how some part of the renovation came out and would re-do it even though everything looked great to me. He treated my apartment renovation as if he were re-doing his own home. If any issues came up (as is normal for renovations), George would immediately notify me and provide multiple solutions. He has seen and fixed it all! It's worth noting that George is ridiculously responsive via phone, email, and text. I was always able to get in contact with him even when he was busy traveling. I am very thankful that I chose Elite Tech for my renovation."
