Best computer repair technicians near Sunnyside, NY

"I was totally awestruck by Mike's professionalism, knowledge and honesty. He was able to reassure me that my used computer is in tip top shape and has more memory then I even imagined. He was able to remotely get into my computer to check it out since he is in Arizona and I am in Oklahoma. Normally I would not have allowed this-but thanks to Mikes many tremendous reviews and A Grade I trusted him and do not regret it. In my opinion he deserves an A++! It's been 20 years since I have owned a desktop computer and I'm obviously not tech savvy! Mike did not take advantage of that and was even kind enough to share some info with me free of charge. I have already opened a file (in my filing account with his name on it)! I am making a list of things for him to help me with and will definitely be back in touch with him. I highly recommend Mike's company to anyone looking for an honest, reputable computer repair person."

"Great! Jason Luft at Techease Consulting has been my personal home computer tech guy for over 7 years. I cannot remember when nor how my reliance on Jason of Techease Consulting began. It may very have been ten years ago and this is 2020 or longer. I was in a different Brooklyn neighborhood when it began. I have felt highly privileged to have a "home tech guy" service my home computers. Jason has done all my service needs for computers; advised me on the purchase of a new computer as well as an accompanying printer; laptop, external hard drive even installed all that I mentioned above. He's installed Microsoft Office software onto my computer(s). He's done so many things I'm probably not remembering them all; he's personable, genuine, just a good person. I have also referred him to several people over the years. What can I say...he's just great!!"

"They were able to diagnose and repair my computer's many issues. I was nervous to do this remotely, but the team talked me through it and my problems are resolved quickly. My printer's issue wasn't fixable because it was a hardware issue. I will purchase a new printer and they will help me connect it to my computer, so everything will be working."

"Computer cleaned. Explained the situation clearly and in a way that I could understand. Would have him work on my computer anytime. Thank bunches."

"Yes he figured it out the issue and connected my pc computer correctly way very responsible and professional"

"Mike Perez called to let me know he was on his way, arrived on time and was terrific in helping me with my computer and printer problems. I would recommend him to anybody interested in quality troubleshooting."

"Seeing every desktop icon suddenly blinking was pretty alarming, especially since there was no obvious reason for it. I reached out to MicroSec because I was worried something bigger was going wrong with the computer. They took a look remotely, found the problem, and got the desktop behaving normally again. What stood out was how thorough they were instead of just applying a quick fix and moving on. Very reassuring experience, and the computer has been working great since."

"TecDsign did an excellent job in repairing my home theater system. They figured out the problem in about 10 minutes and repaired the problem on the spot. They are professional, smart and respectful. I highly recommend."
