"I love working Jamel! Iâ ve been trying to get some tiles in my bathroom repaired for a while. He was helpful and understanding in the scope of work I wanted done, my budget, and my timeline for the project. Heâ s up front about cost and if any changes have to be made to the original quote. Bathroom repairs can be tricky, costly, and stressful but he made the process so smooth. He took the time to explain the repair process - how they were going to repair, what type of material they were using, and why that material was being used. If you’re installing new drywall, you may need to skim coat the drywall first for a smooth finish and to allow the primer to adhere to the wall. If you’re refreshing existing walls, you may want to skim coat if there are imperfections across the wall. As an alternative, you can repair your drywall and sand it for a smooth finish before painting.
