"Do not use this company!!! I have a king water softener system this I purchased eight or so years ago. Recently something in my garage started beeping. I believed it was my King water filter system. So, I called the company and booked an appointment, I told them it was beeping, and it needed something fixed. The person on the phone, who knew nothing was wrong with the system booked me an appointment at the cost of $95.00. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Mike came out and looked at the LED on my tank. He adjusted the clock and the cleaning schedule. At this point I figured out it was not my water filter that needed the service, too late. SO, that is my mistake that I paid for, life happens. Well, Mike having absolutely no self-control decided to destroy my LED on my take. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I kept the clear plastic file on the LED screen to keep the screen clean and safe. It is in my garage and if I open the door on a windy day stuff will start blowing around, things like license plates and metal signs. Well, Mike decided that he wanted to remove the clear protective cover form my water take LED screen. Mike did not ask my permission to remove it, there was absolutely no reason to remove it other than Mike wanted to unwrap something that’s not his. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! When I asked why he destroyed my property he said to make it easy to read the screen. Mike looked at the screen and adjusted it with the protective file on with no problem. Mike just has the self-control of a child and wanted to destroy something that is not his. When I contacted the company, I got a response of, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! “Your concerns have been forwarded to me for a response. First let me assure you that Mike did not harm your property by removing the plastic covering on the LED of the valve. Frankly, that type of plastic sticky covering is used on most LED screens on several different types of devices in this day and age. That sticker is usually removed at the time of installation as it makes the screen much easier to read by removing an unnecessary obstruction.” DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I did not get an apology for there tech destroying my property, no offer to fix the issue, just the company making excuses for Mike who likes to destroy other people’s property, and if the CLEAR file is such an obstruction, how did Mike manage to adjust the setting with the clean film on the LED screen. With all the options in the city, DO NOT USE THIS CAMPANY."

"Rooter Ranger plumbing, Las Vegas Expensive plumber! The technician was prompt and polite when he snaked out my bathroom sink for a $147 charge. However I knew my sink needed to be “jetter cleaned” for the long-term solution. I asked the technician for a quote regarding Jetting my bathroom sink line. He quoted me $1190. That charge is expensive and inappropriate for the job. I live in a four-story condo and I am on the first floor. The line to be “jetter cleaned” is not a main sewer line, it is a secondary line that extends for approximately 25 feet. There are no extenuating circumstances to this jetter job……The proposed $1190 fee from Rooter Ranger is inappropriate for this scenario. It is an over-charge. I had the work performed by another plumbing company listed in Angi. The charge was $675. I would not recommend Rooter Ranger Plumbing."

"I regret I have to leave this negative review because I did check them out and they have what appears to be a stellar reputation. Since February 4, 2022 I have dealt with this company and paid every invoice. I was actually contacted for payment on an invoice for work not scheduled yet. They still owe me $1000.00 for work paid but not done. This company installed the valves for my two showers but never left the shower trim. I need my shower trim and on May 27th I spoke with an employee who came out to see that I paid for work that was not done and they reassured me I would have the shower trim for both bathrooms and I have been told they are waiting for a part. I realized then ABSOLUTELY I am not a priority at all with this company. It is insulting that they assume I am not informed enough to know that everything comes in one box even the valve. I was canceled on Friday I found out by calling them and now today I am canceled again. They have been deceitful with me and this is beyond frustrating. My husband passed away on January 24 and he could fix anything and also tell you how to do it. For almost 40 years I listened , watched, and even helped him with repairs. I feel taken advantage of and so disrespected. The box contains what you need. The owner’s wife could not even tell me what part was missing on Friday. I stated I would purchase the items they needed to get my showers done. I pointed out how much quicker I could get it but was told by them that MOEN sold inferior products on Amazon and they purchased better grade. I was charged a great deal of money by this company. They as I stated still owe me at least $1000.00 more. I feel like a fool I read reviews checked this company out felt confident and still don’t have what I paid for. Please just don’t give up your money to them until you have your plumbing issue complete. I guess they are all about the money not the work or their word. Debra Reichardt"

"I called American Brothers Plumbing to install a reverse osmosis under the sink. Everything seemed good. So, when my water heater needed to be replaced. I called them to install one I bought from Home Depot. The same plumber did both jobs. Our kitchen sink is in the corner (bad place). Because of the diamond cabinet in the corner. There is a large space between the cabinet and the wall. The interior of the cabinet was painted with water proofing paint. Because it help the sink. There was a leak between the cabinet wall and the house wall from the install of the reverse osmosis. Which was undetectable from inside the cabinet because of the paint. What made it worse. The only time we went in that cabinet was to change the water filters every 6 months. I noticed that the back wall of the cabinet was budging. I pushed on it and it was completely rotten. I removed the entire back wall of the cabinet and found the leak where the reverse osmosis connects to the valve. As of now, 3 cabinets need to be replaced because of water damage. I called them to let them know what I have found. They sent someone to take a look. He asked me if I had an invoice. I said no. Then the owner said, "I don't believe we did the job". There is only 2 things I want to tell the owner. 1. You should take responsibility for your workers. 2. Or you have someone going around doing work under your name and putting up stickers with your name, logo and phone number on it."

"Full marks for True Drain & Rooter who responded the same day to my completely clogged and backed up shower drain. After clearing the shower drain, Nick (the owner) did an assessment of the drains system to identify situations that may need to be addressed at some future time. No sales pitch - just information. When finished, Nick and Dallas cleaned up the unavoidable mess that working on drains creates. Their rates are very reasonable and much lower than the quote I received from a national “chain name” for the same job. I definitely expect to call them again."
