I had a slow leak for 6 months I did not know about coming from my upstairs shower to downstairs. I noticed the floor lifting. I spoke with Casey at simply who was so helpful and was able to get someone to me immediately. Simply has the most amazing staff and amazing customer service.. the work was done and I havent had any problems. 5 STARS!

Water Heater was leaking, Called Simply and Kim clamed me down and gave me steps to get the water to stop filling the water heater so it wouldn't keep draining and re filling. I appreciate her patients with me.
