True Drain & Rooter

Full marks for True Drain & Rooter who responded the same day to my completely clogged and backed up shower drain. After clearing the shower drain, Nick (the owner) did an assessment of the drains system to identify situations that may need to be addressed at some future time. No sales pitch - just information. When finished, Nick and Dallas cleaned up the unavoidable mess that working on drains creates. Their rates are very reasonable and much lower than the quote I received from a national “chain name” for the same job. I definitely expect to call them again.

Amazing. Zack came out that evening, showed me how to shut off at the street so I wasn't wasting water, and even went out and got me the tool I needed so I could turn it on when I needed it. The next day, he and a couple of laborers came and started digging everything up. It took a couple of days, including digging under my driveway in order to run a new line to the house and waiting for the inspector to come give his okay. I had a secondary leak in the irrigation system right after, but they came out and fixed that immediately. Everything was completed in a couple of days, and the yard looked pretty much the same (it's all rocks, so really not a big deal, but still).

The initial service was fine. A few days after the water heater had been flushed, I found it had been leaking. They came back out, discovered a faulty valve and replaced it at NO CHARGE! Will definitely be using them again.

Identified a leak on a filter seal of my whole house RO system. Suggested that I contact the installer of the RO system as he was not comfortable working on a system that he was not familiar with.

My old water conditioner was removed .  Installed the new pipes, fittings and water conditioner.  They did a clean install of the unit.  They explained how the unit functioned and how to replace the filters.  They did a fantastic job !!!!
