If I could give these guys zero I would. If you want your water heater to be installed by people who "don't do plumbing", then expect the experience I am having. Since they don't do plumbing, they installed my water heater with multiple code violations, and 6 months later, my brand new unit started leaking again. The water softener and piping they installed at the same time as my new water heater, is also currently leaking, but because they "don't do plumbing" , I was told they can't fix their own install, because they "don't do plumbing". It begs the question, why would you install something if you don't even know if it's to code or claim no responsibility for the quality ir integrity of the install? Money grab... this place is A SCAM. Even though my water heater was under warranty, I decided to do a completely new install with a much better company that does know plumbing and what installing to code means. LESSON LEARNED. Sharing this review where I can so others don’t share this experience.

"Good morning [Member Name Removed], I just tried reaching out to you via telephone to try and get more information on this matter. I do show that we came out to do an installation for you on 10/5/2021, but we discovered that your plumbing was not sufficient for installation that day and that we would have to install a full line in order to install a softener for you. We came back out and did that full line installation on 10/27/2021. We only installed the full line & softener/ conditioner. We do not, and have not ever, installed water heaters. From your installation pictures on 10/27/21, it looks like there was a water heater there at installation (tank heater) that is completely different from the hot water heater (tankless) that is there now that was observed when the technician went back to your home on 8/11/22. In addition to that, there is another piece of water treatment equipment there that we did not install, because we do not install NOVO systems. Also, I don’t understand why another company would install a conditioner when your unit we installed is a softener AND conditioner already. Our technician that came out on 8/11/22 stated that the leak you were experiencing was from the cleanout in the wall is cracked and leaking. He informed you that we cannot cut into the wall and the cracked fitting would need to be replaced by a plumber. The piping that was installed by us is not in the inside of your walls, but adapted to your current plumbing and installed on the outside of your garage wall. When our technician came out 8/11/21 he noted that everything that we installed was not leaking. It is your existing plumbing that is leaking inside the walls, which is why you need to contact a plumber. I think this review needs to be taken down, because this is not our installation. You need to contact the company that installed your tankless water heater and NOVO system. If you have any further questions regarding this matter, please contact Corinne at 702-737-1957"

Serv-All technicians came out to service our reverse osmosis but unfortunately the unit had to be replaced because existing unit over 20 years old. The technicians explained everything and replaced unit with a 5 Stage Revserse Osmosis. This company has great service.

Sean's office phoned ahead to say he would arrive in a few minutes and he did. Sean got right to work and finished quickly. He presented his invoice for the promised amount and I paid right away. Sean was cheerful, and his clothes and equipment were clean and well organized. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

My install was not the usual install. The connection for the water softener was about 4 inches from a large (4ft Wide, 2ft deep and 8ft tall) cabinet. In order to install the softener, the pipes had to be ran through the cabinet. The guys did a fantastic job and I could not be more pleased with the work that they did. I would highly recommend Serv-All Water Conditioning to anyone.

It Seemed like the Serviceman Shawn knew exactly What to Do and How to do it . Quite Patient and Knowledgable too ! He Tested the Water Coming from my Reverse Osmosis Unit with a Battery Operated Water Gauge of some sorts. He Showed me that the Number was good and low,“27”! He then Tested the Sink Water with a Chemical from a Small Dropper Bottle. He showed me it turned Violet ! Shawn Commented Good Color Reaction to Chemical. An Honest, and Great Showman. He Clearly Explained to Me that the RO Filter Membrane , and Water Softener are Working Properly. Also, when he tried the RO Water Spiget, he commented it was Low In Pressure. He then Proceeded to Change/Replace the Two Carbon Filters on the RO System, and Showed and Left me the Old dirty ones in my Sink for me to see and have to do what I may with them. I appreciated this kind of Service. It made me feel very comfortable and at ease with him. He then Purged the Entire System of Water and Air until the Tank was Empty, and Refilled the Water Tank with New Air to the Proper Air Pressure of 9.5 PSI with an Electric Pump and Gauge. Afterwards He showed me the improved water pressure coming out of the RO Filter Spiget , as Compared to before the Service. He requested me to allow 2 Hours for the Water Tank to Refill with Water Before using it ! Wow, he sure pays attention to detail, with thorough Job Performance . Wait, I’m not Done Yet ! But, I am already impressed. Read On——Per my Request Shawn went into My Garage and Looked at my Water Softener Unit . He said it was Performing Properly. He proceeded to Review the Softener Setting Level, because He said it was set improperly, slightly to low at #20 And the Recommended Water Softening Level for Las Vegas is # 24 ! So he Adjusted it to the Correct Setting . He then Set the Clock Timer also, Did an immediate System Recharge of the Ionic Magnets . My best guess is that it Recycles the Magnetic Charge for some sort of Optimization of Functionality ! He then set the Timer for another System Recharge at 2 am, when we are probably not using the Water. He further explained a couple of the features of the Softener to me. I asked him about the Morton Salt Pellets that I am Using Currently. He said although personal preference amongst industry people can vary, he told me that he himself personally uses and prefers the Same Morton Salt Pellets that I am currently using. He said that I was set. Then He presented me with the Bill, a Reasonable and Honest price for all the Service Received. I Highly Recommend this Company , and Shawn too. Thanks Serv-All Water Conditioning ! I prefer to refer to you as , “All Service Water Conditioning”. Because of All the Darn Service You Folks extended to Me. Keep up the Great Job ! This was the best experience I've had with hiring someone to work on my house. Dispatch gave me a solid time, the technician showed up, and we were done in no time. The Owner Jim, and his team go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy before they leave, and this was no exception. I've used them before on my Reverse Osmosis filter change, and they did a great job on that as well. I don't leave reviews very often, but I will for this company. I will definitely use them in the future. Thanks Serv-All for a job well done!

Wonderful. Janet is always so friendly and efficient. For three years, her techs do the RO filter change, however, due to COVID-19, we'd rather not have any outside people in the house, so we're going to try doing it ourselves. She was so accommodating with curbside pick-up.

Jim is WONDERFUL!!! Fast, professional, shows me turn off valves, and replaces batteries (at every filter change) in our water leak detector (nice! right!). He and Janet in the office are always in contact with me on service day. LOVE Serve-All Water Conditioning! Period! Jim wore a mask this time, too.

As always, scheduled service was performed within scheduled time, along with pre-visit phone call. Questions were asked and answered, during filter changes, as well as a reeducation of water turn-off instructions. Visit was completed within minutes, and appropriate foot booties and face mask (Covid19) were worn!

We chose to replace the whole unit. The tank our our old unit was rusting and that is one part not replaced during a rebuild. We were happy with the choices, our choice and the price for the rebuild. We have had a Serv-All Reverse Osmosis for the last 10 years with no problems. We recommend them for others.

Serv-all is an excellent company. Janet and Corinne helped me figure out all the preliminaries and then the service person came out and did a great job on installation and explained to my husband how the system works.
