"I replaced my Carrier 2.5 ton unit due to its inability to cool the second floor of my home below 82 degrees in the summer heat. In addition, it was requiring too much service and the coil began to leak. I had Aire-Serv come to my home to discuss installing a new unit on Wednesday, September 30, 2015 and once purchased on that day, Aire-Serv installed the unit two days later, October 2, 2015. I want to thank the installers, Mark and Chris, for their hard work and professionalism. Due to the old Carrier unit being located in the second floor attic space of my home, it was not an easy task to remove and then lift the new unit up into the attic of my second floor. In addition, on Monday, October 5th, during a wind and rain storm, the rain cover that prevents water from going down the new units flew pipe located on my second floor roof came off and fell to the ground. I called and spoke to Jeremy Anderson, General Manager of Aire-Serv about it and within two hours he sent Adam to my house to climb on to my second floor roof and reinstall it at no charge to me. Aire-Serv understands customer service and I plan on using them for all of my HVAC needs in the future. I would like to thank Jeremy and the crew for everything they did.
