What a relief to have Hawthorne Plumbing Heating Cooling come to my house (on time) access the situation, and replace the unit all in the same day. We reached out to Hawthorne Plumbing Heating Cooling and they were able to get out to our home within a few hours. They even honored an old coupon we had for $25 off and gave me an additional percentage off because I had used them in the past. The plumber did an excellent job, thoroughly explained what he was doing/fixing, and did a great job of cleaning up after the work was done.

Cory from Hawthorne came out, and tightened the valve, fixing the leak for approx $100.00. Now I can have a cozy Thanksgiving! I was so grateful! Cory was great, and everything was so professional. I am SO happy!

We have had a standing contract with Hawthorne for 5 years. No more. We have no issues with the work performed but rather with Hawthorne's customer service. After having a standing contract for 3 years...all of a sudden a couple years ago, they stopped calling us for appointments. Once we realized we had not had our maintenance done, we called and they said that the credit card we had given them had expired. We asked why they hadn't contacted us...so we could provide an update, but got no satisfactory response. Once again last year and again this spring, no one contacted us to set up our normal maintenance. We had to remember and call them. What is the point of prepaying for an annual contract if they don't automatically schedule the service? Finally, a couple weeks ago after we called them to service our air conditioners, they gave my wife an estimate to replace them for $2000. When I saw the estimate, I called and said I had some questions. They noted my questions and told me someone would contact me. Well...it is now two weeks later and no call. I'm sure I can find a firm that will provide the same quality of work and reasonable customer service. That is what I plan to do.

Ivan was terrific. He did a thorough search for water leaks in the plumbing including a search in the wall. He determined the issue was not due to plumbing and the only cost was for an evaluation.

I have a deal where if you get a loyalty club, what ever it is, they come out twice a year and make sure your A/C is working good and they clean it. They also come out and drain your water heater and all that because I had both of them replaced by them. So that is the deal if you pay like, I don't know how much it is, 50 a year. You get that, so I have them do that.

It had to be redone and it's working fine now. Two weeks later, they did the same thing again. One day, it was fine. The next day, it was back the way it was. They came right away when the first call was made. The service was fine but the cost was F. The guy who came to do the work was very nice. He knew what he was doing. He was clean and tidy. I had no complaints. They did a fine job. I didn't realize when I paid the $49 that that didn't include the service. I paid the $49 and I thought I was going to get the repair.

It turned out but their extra upcharges and stuff were kind of exuberant. I kind of scratched them off my list. They probably did a good job. They got everything down on a book. I mean, it was not per hour. You wouldn't mind paying $65 an hour but they got them all listed out in a book. They had big charges. The workmanship was good but their prices were high. I would not use them again. They tried to sign me up on some maintenance agreement but what I've done is I've got this national home warranty. The workmanship was fine but the prices were pretty high. They were out really quick. The plumber knew what he was doing. He did a good job. He was neat and orderly. I wouldn't use them because of the pricing.
