I have used Berni Salazar several times; washer, wine cooler and most recently our dishwasher. Our wine cooler was no longer in production and parts from manufacturer. Berni got the specs on the cooling fan and found a suitable replacement.

Mr. Salazar was punctual. We asked him to do more work on the machine...do whatever little thing it might happen to need. But he said it didn't need anything more. He said machine was in great condition. Very honest man! Very reasonable too! In and out within an hour. We have finally found our appliance repair man in Santa Fe. Thank goodness!

I think he did a good job. I think everything was fine. It was a little more expensive, but I think it was reasonable overall.

Initially installed a part that turned out to be faulty, then promptly rectified the situation.

Bernie was most responsive in returning my call to schedule an appt., and fixed the problem quickly after he arrived. He also cleaned up nicely afterwards. I had first called another repair company, Premier Appliance earlier; they diagnosed the problem over the phone recommending a new drain kit. When the drain kit arrived, they would call me to schedule the repair. They never called back, nor did they return my calls. Salazar determined that there was actually a seal that needed replacement and NOT a drain kit. I would highly recommend Salazar Appliance Repair, and will use them again when the need arises.

Mr. Salazar was prompt, efficient, and professional. Even though the repair was simple (an adjustment to the door), it was not apparent what was causing the leak when the washer was in use.

Well. Came same day. Recognized the likely problem--a plugged drain hole in the defrost system. He had to disassemble part of the bottom freezer to get to everything & then pull out the refrigerator to get to the drain. All went well and within about an hour it was fixed. I appreciated the prompt service--he came the same day I phoned.

He showed up as expected and when he needed to reschedule he called in advance.  He proved himself to be competent, reliable and friendly.

Bernie came and did a great repair job. He had the right tools, knowledge and equipment to deal with our built-in. We were really impressed with his honesty too.  Salazar had ordered an expensive part when they first heard of our problem.  When they came out and investigated, they found that it was another, much cheaper part that had failed.  Bernie never tried to push the expensive part on us. He had the right part in his truck and did the repair.  We will recommend Salazar to everyone!
