I recently had the pleasure of using Premier Appliance for a refrigerator repair, and I couldn't be more impressed with their service. From start to finish, they exemplified professionalism and expertise. First and foremost, Leroy was incredibly knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue quickly and explained it to me in a way that was easy to understand, which I really appreciated. It's clear they know their stuff when it comes to appliances. What's more, Premier Appliance's pricing was very reasonable. Not only did they provide top-notch service, but they did so at a price that didn't break the bank. And let's not forget punctuality! They showed up exactly when they said they would, which is something that seems to be increasingly rare these days. It's refreshing to find a company that values their customers' time as much as their own. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience with Premier Appliance. The guy whome what had gone wr came was very nice and friendly. He explained to me what had gone wrong. He was done in less than 15 minutes and the dishwasher is working fine.

Daniel did an excellent job of troubleshooting and fixing the problem with my dryer. I definitely recommend Premier.

From the first contact to schedule the appointment (polite, prompt scheduling intake)to the personable representative Daniel who arrived on time, diagnosed and corrected the dishwasher problem, I recommend this company with 5+ stars. I have lived in this home for 32 years. I have worked with many appliance repairmen over the years. A friend had recommended Premiere Appliance to me as I had some real headaches with several of the regular fixtures. Leroy is prompt, polite, honest, informative and reasonable. And the most important matter to me......Everything he fixes....works! I don't have to make that dreaded call 2 months later to try and get someone to finish the job. Great guy. Incredible service.
