Very pleasant young man returned same day again when advised the dryer was still giving flow sense warnings and damp clothes. Went up on roof and found a totally clogged rain cap on the vent pipe. He cleaned the rain cap and suggested the rain cap be replaced with a serviceable style rain cap that is not attached to the vent pipe with screws that catch the lint and build up a dam of lint until it is fully clogged."

Even in comparison with some of the top names, Eli came fully organized with his iPad and was the most professional out of them all. The way he sends his quotes allowed me to easily compare all of my different options and he sent them through very quickly after his onsite visit. Not only this, he was even still the cheapest by far. The product he installed works great and he cleaned up after himself.
