Very pleasant young man returned same day again when advised the dryer was still giving flow sense warnings and damp clothes. Went up on roof and found a totally clogged rain cap on the vent pipe. He cleaned the rain cap and suggested the rain cap be replaced with a serviceable style rain cap that is not attached to the vent pipe with screws that catch the lint and build up a dam of lint until it is fully clogged."

It is now working like a charm and is so beautiful. He patiently gave clear directions for lighting and turning off the pilot light if need be. He also explained how to safely use the fireplace.
