Very pleasant young man returned same day again when advised the dryer was still giving flow sense warnings and damp clothes. Went up on roof and found a totally clogged rain cap on the vent pipe. He cleaned the rain cap and suggested the rain cap be replaced with a serviceable style rain cap that is not attached to the vent pipe with screws that catch the lint and build up a dam of lint until it is fully clogged."

Ruben showed up right now time for the appointment, was cordial, professional, explained everything that he was going to do to perform the test and checkup on my system and actually was very responsive to any questions I had as he was going through his steps. Additionally, Ruben also explained a lot to me as he went along and what each test would do and the expected outcome from the test. I would definitely have Ruben and Tech Air heating & Cooling back out and recommend them whole heartily. This company under-promised and over-delivered in my opinion. Their Technician Tim McKinley called me at 3:30pm, several hours ahead of schedule, saying he could meet me at my house. He waited for me to arrive home 15 minutes. He assessed the problem. Covered the options and got to work. He was very professional and very patient with me, yet quick at work. I would recommend him.

Anyways, the work went great, given the level of complexity that the technicians faced in an older house with two attics. They had to cut through two roofs and run dryer ventilation through the wall. Even in comparison with some of the top names, Eli came fully organized with his iPad and was the most professional out of them all. The way he sends his quotes allowed me to easily compare all of my different options and he sent them through very quickly after his onsite visit. Not only this, he was even still the cheapest by far. The product he installed works great and he cleaned up after himself. I have nothing against Spanish but he also, out of respect, always spoke English around me (even if he was talking to his partner) and I saw them run into a couple of hiccups and Eli maintained his professionalism.
