This company under-promised and over-delivered in my opinion. Their Technician Tim McKinley called me at 3:30pm, several hours ahead of schedule, saying he could meet me at my house. He waited for me to arrive home 15 minutes. He assessed the problem. Covered the options and got to work. He was very professional and very patient with me, yet quick at work. I would recommend him.

"I am PSYCHED!!! I just had one of the greatest interactions with a repair company and I HAVE to share. Our A/C went down yesterday and we called Tech Air, based on a recommendation from some friends. Reuben came out yesterday, told us exactly what was wrong and the one part needed to fix our A/C. This is in contrast to 2 other companies that have recently looked at our 15 year old system and told us we need a new HVAC unit.
