We just had a new heating and cooling system installed. Alex and Anthony did a great job! We are very pleased with the work and they definitely a great asset to your company. So friendly and went above and beyond to make this process a great experience for us.

The guys really knew what they were doing, answered all my questions, were neat and careful. They dealt patiently with our very neurotic and fearful dog. I had to leave them alone for a good part of the time, and I felt completely comfortable, They had also come in significantly lower with their bid than a better known company I had contacted. This company had been recommended by a close friend who had also been very impressed.

We have used Williams Mechanical many times in the past for service, but this was the first really major project (furnace replacement) we have had them do. The technicians arrived promptly, worked steadily and finished in less time than we anticipated. We continue to be extremely pleased with Williams work.

Bobby from Williiams showed up promptly, went about his work efficiently, and verified with others his findings. Replacement was the long term solution, but he was willing to work with me on fixing odd brand heater. My choice, no pressure. The replacement was done the next working day in about one hour. I was shocked at how little time it required. Bobby is the 2nd technician I have dealt with at Williams and both were excellent and pleasant. I will call them next time I need anything service they provide.

When we set out to install a completely different heating and cooling system in our home, we wanted to feel comfortable that the investment we were making was a good one. So we investigated mini-split heat pump technology. Mitsubishi and Fujitsu seem to be the leading producers of these energy-efficient systems. We asked for competitive bids from two sources and awarded the work to Williams Mechanical, LLC of Albuquerque, a family-owned heating, cooling and plumbing business. We're glad we did. From our initial meeting with owner Annette Meier and Comfort Consultant & Install Manager Mike Mollica until our project was completed, we were delighted with the friendly and professional bearing of everyone who worked on the installation. At the same time, we also elected to replace our elderly 50-gallon water heater. It was installed in a single day. As part of the changeover to the mini-split system. Williams removed our two evaporative coolers (which they donate to the needy) and sealed the roof openings. Because our Pueblo style home features several different roof levels, it presented unique challenges for the Williams installers. They dealt with them carefully and professionally. Throughout the process, our questions were answered courteously and patiently, noise and disruption were minimized, and cleanup was done daily. Everyone involved in this project was very professional. The 2 consultants that visited my home provided options that were available for our needs. They didn't pressure us into anything but offered their expertise. The price was comparable to other quotes we had received. The installation crew was outstanding. They did a great job and on time as scheduled. They left the job site clean and in place. Williams Mech. was recommended to us by one of their customers. I would strongly recommend them and I will use them again if I need the service.

Very well. I had previously used another company for the past 4-5 years. Spoke with that company's manager in her office several times to try and correct problems I was having with personnel and service. Unsatisfactory response. Did an Internet search and decided to interview Williams Mechanical (WM) and contracted with them. Rapid scheduling response. The tech founds problems that should have been detected long ago and corrected them. Discovered the previous company was giving me bogus information. Looking forward to working with this company - very promising.

Our 14 year old water heater started leaking one night so I called Williams (who also installed our HVAC system). Annette, the owner, scheduled a service call with a technician, Conrad, who came out and diagnosed the problem, stopped the leak, and made arrangements to replace the unit. The price was fair, the service excellent, and we have hot water for years to come. I would hire this local, family-owned outfit for all my plumbing and HVAC needs.

Professional and punctual. Very responsive on the initial estimate and accommodating of changes in project schedule. Willing to break initial estimate into two parts (furnace install and water heater install) and delay second part (water heater install) to accommodate installation of flooring. Price was middle of bids received.

We've used them a number of times for furnace, AC, and plumbing maintenance and repairs. We've been pleased with their work and employees. I've had to contact them a couple of times to get them to email me a receipt. We've also gotten a quote for replacing our ancient air conditioner. I'm also going to get a couple of other quotes because I have no idea of how much an AC replacement should cost. Overall, we've been very pleased.

WENT VERY WELL.

I received two quotes; one for a basic single stage Trane unit, and the second for a two stage option. I informed Williams I was interested in having them install the two stage option, but that I would select a date about two months in the future. They were very easy to work with and we scheduled the work to suit my needs. They arrived at the site about 30 minutes later than I had been informed, but a quick call to the office confirmed they were on their way and they completed the job within the general timeline I had been provided. They installed a different thermostat than was quoted, but when this was pointed out to the technicians they went back to the shop to get the one I expected. Very easy to work with this company, the technicians were professional, and the unit is running great. I would recommend their services to anyone.

The technician (Brett) arrived, and went right to work, and explained what he was doing. He did a thorough exam of the furnace and found 1.) the carbon monoxide readings were acceptable (0!). 2.) The blower fan was caked with crud. This was interesting since the motor had been replaced about 3 years ago. 3.) The airflow because of point 2 was reduced, so the temperature was too high in the air supply duct, and was causing the overheating switch to come on. The outcome was that he could remove and clean the fan assembly for $120, which I felt was quite reasonable. I agreed, and he performed the work. After getting it all together, the odd noise that had existed stopped, the flow from the vents was improved, the temperature was back to normal levels, and overall the furnace was quieter. It was no surprise that he suggested we should begin to plan a replacement within the next few years, but gave a "All OK" for this year, Brett was professional, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly, An excellent experience. I would recommend him (and Williams) to all with no reservation.

They showed up on time and were done with the install in one and half hours. before they took off, they checked the area for tools, bits of scrap, and left the area clean. They installed an XV80 two stage furnace. I have been using them for several years now, they are very good at what they do. Yes, I will continue using them. I will be changing out the outside unit in a year or two. I have recommended them several times.

Service Tech didn't know the system so he constantly had to keep checking with someone else over the phone on what to do. Identified a part that needed replacement. Said he would create an estimate for the repair. Didn't hear back. Called back 4 times. 1 week later still no repair estimate. I guess they don't need the business. I wouldn't waste your hard earned money or time with these guys.

We have used Williams several times before for repairs, but this is the first time we have had them do this yearly routine swap. We were especially pleased with the inspection of our furnace, which is getting on in years. The thoroughness of their inspection far exceeded anything we have gotten from any other company. We also really like the fact that their technicians never seem to be in a big hurry to finish us as quickly as possible so they can rush off to somebody else. Williams now is or first-call for any kind of HVAC service.

Conrad cleared up our problem quickly. He got here early and work was done in no time.

They seem to be honest, and someone I will continue to do business with. I am in Real Estate, and I have never used them personally, but they work on my clients home. They are prompt, they are professional, and they are reliable. They do good work. No issues with them. They have never replaced an unit. They have only done repairs and inspections.

product is good. workers are sloppy. they left screws and sharp snips of tin in our parking area. they did a sloppy install of an air grate. they took a light bulb from a closet (to use in their portable light). I expected someone to come by and inspect their work afterward but that did not happen. I paid for them to replace aging ducts and seal the ducts but after finishing they said the old ducts were fine -- as long as I felt cool air coming out!
