"Someone answered promptly when I called in the morning as NM Gas Co had red tagged our furnace for a leak. They listened to me explain the situation and then promised a technician early evening. This company under-promised and over-delivered in my opinion. Their Technician Tim McKinley called me at 3:30pm, several hours ahead of schedule, saying he could meet me at my house. He waited for me to arrive home 15 minutes. He assessed the problem. Covered the options and got to work. He was very professional and very patient with me, yet quick at work. I would recommend him.

"Jake confirmed the appointment the night before. He was delayed at a previous job and promptly notified me that he would be late. Good customer service. Jake walked me through all work to be completed and made sure I completely understood the scope of the job.
Jake also informed me that the type of Freon that I used would be phased out in about five years. The cost of conversion would nearly be the same as a new unit. Although I am not currently having any issues with my unit he was being up front about future costs.
