"I am PSYCHED!!! I just had one of the greatest interactions with a repair company and I HAVE to share. Our A/C went down yesterday and we called Tech Air, based on a recommendation from some friends. Reuben came out yesterday, told us exactly what was wrong and the one part needed to fix our A/C. This is in contrast to 2 other companies that have recently looked at our 15 year old system and told us we need a new HVAC unit. Working with them has probably been one of the most honest, easy, stress-less, happy dealings I have ever had with a repair company. From now on, these are the guys I will call. "They were on time and courteous.  The guy that they sent initially, he put in a faucet to the outside and it took him a while.  However, he did eventually do a really nice job.  He also changed filters in the air conditioning system and I signed up with them for an annual review.  I had some heating problem in late November and eventually they got it all fixed out, but it cost me about twice as much.  On the good side, it was kind of an emergency and they worked me into their schedule right away and in the end, it turned out to be fine."

Even in comparison with some of the top names, Eli came fully organized with his iPad and was the most professional out of them all. The way he sends his quotes allowed me to easily compare all of my different options and he sent them through very quickly after his onsite visit. Not only this, he was even still the cheapest by far. The product he installed works great and he cleaned up after himself.
