He came out and gave me a estimate, I had a lot of questions and concerns about what was best and he answered all of them told me the difference and even gave me samples to make sure I was going to love it. His team was great from start finish every single worker was on time and was polite. They moved my furniture and returned it where I wanted it with no problems and they handled my stuff delicately and not a lot of people do which I liked.
