"Great experience. Harmond W diagnosed the issue within the first 10 minutes of our interactive video session. He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"Tech Air winterized the evaporative cooler and turned on the boiler and radiant flooring at our Santa Fe home while we were away. They came from Albuquerque at a very competitive price. Kind and professional. Iâ ll recommend and hire Tech Air again without hesitation."

"Technician came out same day for a leaking outdoor faucet. Technician showed me that a washer needed replaced and didnt charge for a service call. I was able to replace the washer myself. I will absolutely use these guys next time I need repairs! Hard to find reputable repair services. Very honest!!"

"Customer service was top notch and Technician was very knowledgeable. Because of my age and injuries, I wasnâ t able to get on the roof and view the replacement of parts, during the assessment and repair. Would recommend Polar to anyone who is in need of a cooler repair."

"Our refrigerator/freezer broke right before an event we were hosting at our home. My husband and I did not want to purchase a new one so we found Edwards Appliance Repair to help fix the issue. They were very responsive and easy to schedule! He was punctual and understood the urgency of needing it fixed right away. He explained what needed to be fixed and why and was in no way pushy, which I value. I loved how knowledgeable and friendly they were and I absolutely recommend using this repair company to anyone needing it. We have contacted him again, recently, to fix our dishwasher."

The average cost to install a new water heater is around $1,300, but you can expect to pay between $875 and $1,750, depending on the kind of water heater, the size of the unit, and the professional chosen to complete the work. Tankless water heaters can push your price higher, as installation is more complicated, with prices as high as $3,500. The location and accessibility of your water heater will play a role in the project cost, as those sitting in tight spaces like a crawl space will drive up your labor costs.

It is very difficult and dangerous to install your own water heater, so we strongly recommend against tackling this as a DIY project. Not only will you need to wire your water heater, but you’ll also need to connect plumbing to the intake and outlet. Sweating copper pipes and connecting wiring properly are skills most DIYers don’t have, and even if you do feel confident you can do it, working with water and electricity always leaves the potential for electrocution. Hiring a local water heater installer is well worth the investment.
The average cost to hire a plumber is around $100 an hour but can vary between $45 and $200 an hour depending on the plumber’s experience and the repair that you need. It’s also important to note that these prices can go up on holidays, and emergency plumber rates average $150 per hour, in addition to a flat-rate trip fee of $100 to $350.
