"Someone answered promptly when I called in the morning as NM Gas Co had red tagged our furnace for a leak. They listened to me explain the situation and then promised a technician early evening. This company under-promised and over-delivered in my opinion. Their Technician Tim McKinley called me at 3:30pm, several hours ahead of schedule, saying he could meet me at my house. He waited for me to arrive home 15 minutes. He assessed the problem. Covered the options and got to work. He was very professional and very patient with me, yet quick at work. I would recommend him.

"This is a professional, prompt, & courteous company that I highly recommend. I received a call back within 10 minutes of contacting the company. An on site visit for an estimate was made within a day. During the visit all work that was to be performed was explained in great detail. The company was very amiable to scheduling the visit exactly when I needed. The day of the service each step of the project was thoroughly explained. Thanks to their explanation of the services they could provide, in addition to having my ducts & vents cleaned I also had my dryer vent cleaned (it was really clogged) along with having the ducts sanitized."
