He cleaned the rain cap and suggested the rain cap be replaced with a serviceable style rain cap that is not attached to the vent pipe with screws that catch the lint and build up a dam of lint until it is fully clogged."

This company under-promised and over-delivered in my opinion. Their Technician Tim McKinley called me at 3:30pm, several hours ahead of schedule, saying he could meet me at my house. He waited for me to arrive home 15 minutes. He assessed the problem. Covered the options and got to work. He was very professional and very patient with me, yet quick at work. I would recommend him.
