"The job was subbed to B. Earp by Dave Kundert.  Crew worked on three separate days to complete the job.  There was a wrap with Browncoat and the a finish coat done a week later.  That is standard.  
Price was really reasonable.  The cost includes the NM tax.  A crew of 3 worked on the separate days.  I don't think he charged enough, actually.  When it was all done it looked better than the original job.

"The old peeling painted surfaces were expertly and seamlessly repaired. Shai's workman was an artist, hand-mixing the materials to match exactly the old surfaces, so it all looks like new. The water damage was a longer and more complicated process, involving assessment of water still within the wall (yes), asbestos testing ( positive), and abatement, all before Above & Beyond could start work. When they did, it went as smoothly as possible:The men moved all my bedroom furniture, which includes heavy 250-year-old chests, took down 10-foot-tall curtains and pelmets: scraped and evened out the cement floor, adding a coat of cement, replacing insulation and drywall, installing LVT flooring, and painting. Then they replaced all the furniture. Shai, himself, is professional, experienced, and knowledgeable. These traits filter down to his crews. Everything went as he said, on schedule, with no drama and no fuss. Moreover, when the insurance company was slow in sending the check, he was very understanding, and assured me he would hold my credit card information until the check came in.
