"Thank you for your review. we enjoyed working with you."
"Thank you so much for the positive review! We enjoyed working with you. It truly means a lot to all of us when we are able to be helpful and our work is appreciated."
"Thank you so much! We really enjoyed working with you."
"Thank you! I wish we had found each other sooner, but, hey, you know where to find us now! Call us anytime, whether you need something or have a question. We really appreciate the review!"
"We work hard to be responsive and communicate with our clients and potential clients effectively. I'm really not sure how this one slipped, but evidently it did. I have no record that an appointment was ever set, so I'm not sure what happened. I apologize for any inconvenience this caused you."
"The gentleman called in and immediately started to berate my office staff. She was trying to remain professional and ask routine questions that we ask before setting an appointment. In this case, we would ask things like " do you have a flat or a pitched roof?" and similar inquiries. This allows us to know what kind of samples we need to bring to the appointment. It is very basic, but it was impossible to even get that far as this gentleman was rude and offensive. I know this for a fact because I was in the office when the call came in and heard the conversation. I hope you found someone to help you with your project."
"We did not low-ball our estimate. We never do. We strive to offer exceptional value, not necessarily the lowest price. The Owners received excellent service. They also requested many add-ons after the job started. We were happy to accommodate them and we let them know what those add-ons would cost. In many of those cases we threw in items at either a very symbolic cost or no cost at all. I'm guessing the Owner misinterpreted our fairness and generosity to mean they could get work done for free and was disappointed to find out that was not the case. I am disappointed he chose to deal with it by writing an unfair, inaccurate and vindictive review - especially because we did so much additional work at either our cost or near our cost. Fortunately, the majority of our clients are reasonable and are a pleasure to deal with, but I guess there are some people that you just can't please. I wish the Owner good luck in their future endeavors"
"I'm very glad to hear you liked the job and that the house is looking good! Feel free to call us if you need anything else ( We do other things besides stucco!!) or if you have a question and just want to chat. Thank you again for the business and the great review! Shai"

"Thank you for the business and for your review."
"We never did any work on this house. We never submitted a proposal or gave a price. We did not even come by to take measurements in order to figure out a price. I just wanted to make that clear. We obviously did have a break in the communication very early on. We thought the Owner was not calling because he must no longer be interested, and he must have thought we dropped the ball on this. I accept 100% responsibility for the lack of communication that took place and I sincerely apologize to the Owner"
"Thank you. Our supplier did get new machines in their tint room and were going through s "learning curve", which generally did not have a huge effect on scheduling. In this case, the Owner decided to go with 3 different colors on the house, which were selected out of 5 or 6 samples. Generating all these color samples took a bit longer than usual, but I'm glad everything else worked out alright. Thank you for the business."
"Thank you for the business and the nice review. We enjoyed working with you and appreciate your patience. Between my trip out of town, late spring rains and our busy schedule things can get and have been a little hectic lately. The phrase on the Big Deal that says "jobs will be scheduled for late spring or early summer" is not a disclaimer, but a reality during this time of year. We will always try to accommodate and improve our response time and scheduling effectiveness. Some things we can't control, like weather. We appreciate your input and we try very hard to be attentive to our clients' suggestions. Thank you again."
"Thank you!"
"Thank you very much for the business and the kind review. I'm glad we were able to do this to your satisfaction. Sorry about the lamp :)"
