The work crews that arrived were very respectful to us as homeowners and careful how they did the job. They communicated a few things we could do -- for example, trimming back a cactus -- to help. In addition to the parapet work, they sealed cracks and areas around all the doors and windows. Again, I felt this would help keep our home water-tight. We had a full range of color options, and Cesar and Nora brought over a sample square to show us exactly how it would look, confirming our choice. The color coat is bright and beautiful with a perfectly consistent sand texture -- a work of art, in my opinion. Clean-up was very thorough and the crew actually improved my two gates by re-attaching the hinges better than they were before. Cesar offered to install new lights free of charge, so we bought a nice pair of security lights at Costco for the front, completing the look. We are very happy the way the project turned out.
