Because of the added 2’’ on the exterior they had the added task of building out the window sills and did a wonderful job. Their overall workmanship was excellent from start to finish. Our home looks Beautiful! They are a very knowledgeable and professional company. Our project was done in a timely manner, no unexpected delays. The crews were very experienced, and they cleaned up every day when they were finished. After the project was complete, a representative came by on numerous occasions to check how well the stucco was curing, and misted the house as needed. It was great working with them. "It was the best experience I have ever had in working with someone off of home advisor or angies list. The recliner took him about 5 minues to assemble. I just needed someone to put the back of the recliner onto the base. He not only did that but made sure it worked as it is a powef recliner. After that he didn't even charge me! It didn't take long so he didn't feel right in charging me. He was very nice, wore a mask and had the knowledge to take care of the job quickly. I will be using him in the future for anything I need. "The old peeling painted surfaces were expertly and seamlessly repaired. Shai's workman was an artist, hand-mixing the materials to match exactly the old surfaces, so it all looks like new. The water damage was a longer and more complicated process, involving assessment of water still within the wall (yes), asbestos testing ( positive), and abatement, all before Above & Beyond could start work. When they did, it went as smoothly as possible:The men moved all my bedroom furniture, which includes heavy 250-year-old chests, took down 10-foot-tall curtains and pelmets: scraped and evened out the cement floor, adding a coat of cement, replacing insulation and drywall, installing LVT flooring, and painting. Then they replaced all the furniture. Shai, himself, is professional, experienced, and knowledgeable. These traits filter down to his crews. Everything went as he said, on schedule, with no drama and no fuss. Moreover, when the insurance company was slow in sending the check, he was very understanding, and assured me he would hold my credit card information until the check came in. I cannot praise this company, and the owner, highly enough. Both experiences with them have been a real pleasure - even with my bedroom sitting in the rest of the house! Shai's quiet competence and managerial abilities filter down to his work crew, making everything transparent, smoothly predictable, and very well done.
