When they did, it went as smoothly as possible:The men moved all my bedroom furniture, which includes heavy 250-year-old chests, took down 10-foot-tall curtains and pelmets: scraped and evened out the cement floor, adding a coat of cement, replacing insulation and drywall, installing LVT flooring, and painting.
