"Leave your worries to us" We are a company that believes in taking care of our customers. Our customers are our priority. We stand behind our workmanship and parts.

"We purchased our house back in late April 2021. During the inspection process, we found a leak above the garage. Southern New Hampshire Plumbing and Heating was hired to fix the leak. Eric from Southern New Hampshire Plumbing and Heating came out on April 23rd 2021 to fix the leak above our garage. Turns out there was a water pipe that was punctured by contractors from when they nailed in baseboards in the laundry room above our garage. Fixing this required cutting a hole in the wall to get to the punctured pipe. When Eric fixed the pipe, we believed the problem was fixed, however now, 3 months later, we are noticing there is leaking again in the exact same spot. We called the company, as they claim they warranty their work for 12 months, and they are refusing to fix their work because “the property was technically sold after the work was done”. Even though the work was done FOR THE SALE, as PART OF THE TERMS OF THE PURCHASE AND SALE ON THE HOUSE. PLEASE take caution before hiring this company. Clearly their work doesn’t hold up, and they don’t honor their work like they claim to."

Beware I recently had a technician (Matt M) from Paul The Plumber come out for a simple warranty repair on my water heater?s igniter. While the warranty repair itself was completed, the rest of the visit was a masterclass in aggressive and dishonest upselling. The technician presented me with estimates totaling nearly $1,800 for "Peace of Mind" replacements that were completely unnecessary. The Main Issue: Misleading Code Requirements Most concerning was the technician's attempt to charge me $639 to replace my existing flexible gas lines with hard piping. He claimed that "gas code requires" refitting the water heater to 1/2" iron piping and that my current setup could cause pressure issues if other appliances were running. This is factually incorrect.
