Richard was absolutely amazing! I haven't seen that wonderful work ethic in a long time! He was honest, hard working, extremely knowledgeable and had a quick response time. We were up and running in no time. I will be spreading the word to all my friends & family! I am excited about our new water filtration system, also. I can't wait for him to come back for annual maintenance just so we can see him again. What a wonderful young man running a wonderful business.

They installed a new well pressure tank, relay and starter capacitor. We are very happy with the work and quick service.

We had the distinct pleasure of having Richard solve ALL of our water needs. Very personable (easy to talk to and a good listener), and knowledgeable in every aspect of water supply. Our dug well was not providing potable water. Pump was rusted and could not keep pressure. Replaced with submersible pump, ran new piping and electric line, added a water softener and Arsenic removal, alongside a Point of Use reverse osmosis line to kitchen sink. Quality at every level. Richard was very helpful and answered all my questions. He was able to setup an appointment quickly. I had to get an ultra violet tank for bacteria plus a separate tank for sulfur and iron. Very professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Ardito and sons.

Richard called me this morning after I left a message last night. He was here right at the promised time, did a very clear estimate of what needed to be done, and gave me a complete estimate for the total job. He had brought a new well bladder tank with him , the perfect replacement size. He worked very efficiently and took the extra time to tell me exactly what he was doing and how everything should work when completed. At no extra charge, he tested the water twice and again explained everything and answered all of my questions clearly and completely. At no time did I feel that he was rushing through the job just to get it done and move on to the next customer. I've never hired anyone before thru Angie's, but if Richard is the type of person that they recommend, I would certainly hire someone again. I cannot speak highly enough for Richard Ardito's work. We hired Richard to come service our water neutralizer and he was here the next day! While working on the neutralizer he tested our water and recommended a water softener. He was great at explaining why he recommended it and the benefits it would bring! After quoting the job we hired him to install and he did amazing work! Even staying late one day to make sure it was working properly and we didn’t have any questions! Would recommended him over and over again!!
