Waster filer was work was ok, water was somewhat ok after
RO Unit never worked again - was working fine before service, after service never worked again. Called Abacus a number of times, no answer and no call back.
Ended up doing some study work on RO units and installed one myself
The water filter had to be replaced the following year, turns out it was way undersized for the iron content we have.

I purchased a home that had a water treatment system installed by Abacus.  It was a Corona Ozone Water System that injects oxygen into the water to get rid of excessive iron.  I moved into the home and paid $519 for a 2 year service of the water system. Shortly after this service, I still experienced excessive iron with staining of all faucets and staining of clothes in my washing machine. I contacted Kevin Felder, the owner of Abacus. He sent out his son again and they replaced a piston kit at $132. A few more weeks passed and the excessive iron was still present. I called Abacus again and both Kevin and his son arrived and recommended that I replace the air pump for $246. I waited another couple weeks and the issue still persisted.  I finally got fed up with their lack of competence and their unwillingness to correct  my iron and rust issues that I paid another local well and water system company to completely replace my current system with a new one. The replacement was an expensive fix, but the new company (NOT ABACUS) were very professional and fixed my issues almost immediately. I would not recommend Abacus at all.  I didn't feel they were honest with me and definitely did not know how to correct the issues I were experiencing.

We Need the work to be done right away.  They came and their price was $2000. cheaper than their next competitor.
