"The street connecting mine was under construction at the time of my appointment and the staff of US Water Consultants waited almost an hour before being allowed to pass the construction in order to keep my appointment - that's great customer service. They were knowledgeable about my problem, gave me good tips on keeping my softener in good shape and only charged me for the replacement parts.
