Southern New Hampshire Plumbing And Heating

We purchased our house back in late April 2021. During the inspection process, we found a leak above the garage. Southern New Hampshire Plumbing and Heating was hired to fix the leak. Eric from Southern New Hampshire Plumbing and Heating came out on April 23rd 2021 to fix the leak above our garage. Turns out there was a water pipe that was punctured by contractors from when they nailed in baseboards in the laundry room above our garage. Fixing this required cutting a hole in the wall to get to the punctured pipe. When Eric fixed the pipe, we believed the problem was fixed, however now, 3 months later, we are noticing there is leaking again in the exact same spot. We called the company, as they claim they warranty their work for 12 months, and they are refusing to fix their work because “the property was technically sold after the work was done”. Even though the work was done FOR THE SALE, as PART OF THE TERMS OF THE PURCHASE AND SALE ON THE HOUSE. PLEASE take caution before hiring this company. Clearly their work doesn’t hold up, and they don’t honor their work like they claim to.

I called SNHPH to extend a gas pipe from my closet to a new fireplace insert that was being installed. I was overly impressed with their speediness, responsiveness, quality of work, etc. Pricing seemed reasonable. They really went the extra step too, to make sure everything looked cosmetically perfect. Definitely a great company.

Perfect. We are new in the area and wasn’t sure who to contact. He was on time, professional, cleaned up after himself. Actually had to do additional work but did not charge us because he quoted us a specific price. I would highly recommend him and if I need or have any additional plumbing issues he will be the first person that I will call.

They were great. Gave us three options of solutions with prices. Very professional, punctual, and neat. Would definitely use them again.

Andrew has right on time and completed the work as promised. He was very professional and explained that their work is guaranteed for a year. That was a concern for me as my town changed the back flow test which was the reason that I needed it replaced and was coming 2 days after the install to re-test. Asked what he would do if it failed, which led to the discussion about warrantying their work. While he was here, I scheduled another call to have both of the outside water hose spigots replaced. Andrew was Abe to schedule the appointment right on the spot and quote the work. Would hire them again.

Outstanding service. Called back in literally two minutes. Came the next day to fix a leaking toilet and replace kitchen plumbing. Fast and friendly. Had to order a new sink for bathroom and they returned on appointed day and time and replaced it. I would call them again for any plumbing issues. I Highly recommend.

We were thinking of replacing our old out of warranty hot water tank with a tankless hot water system. We called Southern New Hampshire Plumbing. Andrew and Matt came out and prepared a very thorough quote breaking down materials and labor costs. A few weeks later, the old water heated started leaking. We called Andrew telling him that we wanted to installl the tankless hot water system and we needed it done ASAP. He rearranged his schedule, and he and Matt came the next day. They spent the day installing the new system. They worked neatly and efficiently. Everything was installed so there is easy access. The installation was not disruptive. We have hot water..

Andrew was punctual, professional and very personable. Above all else he is honest. I would and will hire him again. My next job is hooking up a dishwasher and he is who I am going with.

They called ahead, arrived in the 2 hour window they provided, didn't mind our large/friendly dog and were very professional. It took them under an hour to finish up everything and I felt the price for the work was very reasonable, especially after the discount for finding them on here!

Andrew was great. He sized up the leak and completed it quickly. For the hot water feed, after testing the pipe he explained that it could be an easy fix or become a bigger issue but leaving it as it would be ok. We are leaving it for now but will have him back to fix it.

He and Tyler quickly evaluated the situation and found a leaky tub drain. It was fixed within the hour and the price was very reasonable. They were both very nice and professional. I would definitely call them again - highly recommended.

We just bought a house and had problems with all 3 toilets. After finding SNH Plumbing & Heating on Angie's List, I reached out via email and received a reply from Andrew within minutes! He arrived with his assistant on time. They put booties over their shoes to protect my floors, which I really appreciated. The job was complete quickly and effectively. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Andrew and Nick arrived about 45 mins. prior to scheduled appointment time. They called and asked if it was ok to do so. They were totally professional, cleaned up after the fact and couldn't have been nicer. The price quoted was what was charged and was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any plumbing needs and will use them in the future. As an aside, they arrived while it was was snowing and raining and put shoe coverings on their feet so as not to track into the house. Utilize this company and you will not be disappointed.

In the time it took me to get in and out from under the sink to do the clean up, Andrew capped off the old connection, put in an adapter to another connector and had everything back up and running. 30 minutes, tops! Highly recommend!
