Water Softener Service
I had a previously installed water treatment system. It did not totally eliminate the rust in the water. Lindsay said that they could
eliminate the rust completely (with no additional small filters needed, either before or after the new system that they would put in).
They installed the system...it did not totally eliminate the rust. I complained, they came and put on a small filter after the system, it
helped some, but again did not totally eliminate the rust. I sent them a letter, they left a phone message. I left a phone message for them stating that they needed to put in writing what they wanted to discuss...and that they either needed to refund the moneys paid, or
replace the system with one that would do the job that I paid for (totally eliminate the rust)...I never heard from them. I did not pay
$3,700.00 just to have a new system with electronic readouts, that did no better than the system that was replaced. The system that they used (ECOwater systems), did not do the job. Lindsay Water Conditioning of E. Hampstead NH, is not a company that I would recommend to anyone.

Water Softener Service
The installation went very smoothly and successfully. It took most of the morning to install and test the equipment, and Brian had to come back one more time to make an adjustment to get rid of a lingering rotten egg smell in one of the faucets. We're very happy with the whole experience.
