"We are sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the service that was provided. When you called and advised you had a wall unit you didn't advise that it was in fact a window unit that was mounted into the wall. You advised that you had called many companies, and nobody would come out to service the unit. I advised you that we do not service those units, but we would get a technician out to take a look at it. The technician suggested replacing the unit as this one has exceeded its designed life span. Our technicians are knowledgeable and highly skilled but as you were advised window units/through the wall units are not something that any company would otherwise go out to repair. Not all systems are serviced the same way and can be damaged if not done correctly. This is why all equipment comes with service/owners manuals. When these are not available on site, our techs will try to find this information online to correctly service them. Which is what our technician did. These types of units are usually designed to be replaced instead of serviced, but the attempt was made to clear the drain on your unit, and this is what you were charged for. When this still doesn't correct the problem, we recommend it be replaced."
"Thank you for providing your feedback and letting us know about what happened. I truly apologize that we did not satisfy your expectations, that our communication was poor, and that we failed to show up on time. I also regret that we were not able to complete the job in your timeframe. We set a high standard for ourselves and are truly sorry to hear that standard was not met for your project. Your happiness is our number one priority. Please reach out to me personally and I would be happy to discuss your concerns further. Ben Pettigrew 603 531-0804 [email protected]."
