Fixed two shower problems. One was linking and the other didn’t have enough hot water pressure. Jason was able to get a 29 year old shower stem unit replaced saving me hundreds of dollars on one bathroom. The second bathroom needed a water pressure adjustment again saving me hundreds of dollars.

Water started gushing out of the top of the hot water tank last night. Called Extra Time this morning and Jason came out today. The shutoff to the tank wasn't working. Had to turn off the water to the house last night. First thing Jason did was get the cold water back on. Then he drew up a quote to complete the work that was needed. I agreed and he went to pick up a new water tank. He came back, installed the tank, and cleaned up the little bit of water that leaked out of the old tank when he removed it. Jason is very professional and does fantastic work. I think this is the third time he has done work for me and if anything else comes up he'll be the first one I call. Highly recommend.

Jason did an excellent job of making sure that he had the correct solution and kit to complete this project correctly. The project itself took about a half-day. Others I spoke to seemed uncertain about what would be required and were either reluctant to price the project in advance or did not give me the confidence that they could tackle this project. So glad I used Extra Time Plumbing for this one!

Jason provided a very reasonable quote and worked with us to ensure our new bathroom - did a great job installing the new tub & toilet and coordinating the new flooring. We hired him again to install a new sink and toilet in the upstairs bathroom as well. Good communication and very responsive. I would recommend him to anyone!

He figured out what the problem was (a loose wire) fixing that quickly and he also fix another problem that was happening before the boiler stopped working replacing an air valve and purging the system. Now the boiler works like new! Very happy with the service provided.

It started off good. He was very nice and responsive in the beginning. Got him out to my home. He didn’t spend much time looking at the plumbing. Asked for a quote for the smaller jobs and once I could get the wall cut down for the ejector pump and toilet stack he would give a quote for that. It took almost a week for him to send one quote over. I wanted to proceed but I never got a response back. I understand if things get busy and important more expensive projects come up but to blow off a potential customer for YOUR OWN business isn’t okay. My search continues with someone more professional.

Arrived right on time. Was able to assess the problem and come up with a solution. Explained all the options and the best way to fix the problem. Had all the needed parts on hand to do the job. Kept the work area very clean and dry at all times. Was very impressed with the new fittings and the fact that they did not need to be soldered which made the job go faster and kept the work area cleaner.

Jason Thomas with Extra Time Enterprises recently repaired a shower faucet that others had tried to repair. He gave us a reasonable quote, arrived promptly on the scheduled day with all needed replacement parts, tidily accessed the repair area through the wall, and efficiently made the repair. He cleaned up the entire area and restored the wall access panel. The final bill was exactly what he had quoted. It was an excellent experience, and we would highly recommend him. We respect and trust him.

We noticed a slow leak in the 13 year old water heater in our home and chose to call Extra Time Enterprises based on Angie's List ratings/reviews. It was late in the afternoon. Jason called us back within an hour and was at our house in 10 minutes. At this point the flow was steadily increasing and it was clear that the leak was coming from the tank itself and not any of the connecting pipes. He advised us that due to code changes an exact replacement for our 75 gallon tank would probably not be available. The new models were either taller or wider. He might be able to put one in, but it would require additional labor to reconfigure the WH vent and neighboring equipment in our mechanical room (forced air vent). He committed to research multiple vendors and get back to me with a solution in the next day. ~7:00 a.m. the following day he stopped by on the way to another job to confirm a few measurements and give us options. He recommended that we go down to a 50 gallon tank with a mixing valve to increase efficiency. This proved to be cost effective in saving on the tank, labor to fit it into a tight space, and operating costs over the life of the system. Jason was able to fit us into his schedule late in the afternoon so we didn't have to be without hot water for too long. He and his son were prompt, efficient, hard working, professional, and clean. He hired a scrap dealer to pick up the old tank the following day. We highly recommend him.

Jason was great! This was not an easy instillation. Jason described the difficult process (which I was aware of) and competed it with precision and in a timely fashion. Terrific job.

           The faucet in my rental ended up needing a new cartridge.  Jason was timely, efficient, and reasonable.  I will definitely refer him and use him again when  needed.
