The work included installing a new countertop, sink, faucet,, and light fixture in one bathroom and painting the bathroom; removing painted wallpaper from one large wall and smoothing and painting the wall; replacing one set of bifold closet doors and trimming off and adjusting multiple other sets so they would operate smoothly; and replacing large window panels and the door in our front entryway. We came upon them as they were replacing the roof of our neighbor through an insurance hail damage claim. They inspected our roof and arranged a meeting with our insurance claims adjuster. They handled the insurance claim pretty much from start to finish but the difference was Sean’s communication with my wife who is an engineer and is very detailed in these types of repairs. Although he knew her expectations were extremely high, he kept in contact to make sure she knew what was going on. We decided to upgrade our gutters once we got into the roof replacement and Sean even switched subcontractors on that job because he was not happy with the quality of their work. (Just a note – we did not see any issues with the initial gutters but Sean did and because they did not meet his expectations, he replaced the new gutters). Sean was always responsive (via email, text, or phone call) to any requests we had and completed all of them in a timely manner. As Sean himself pointed out, there are companies who will take advantage of people on these types of repairs and it was such a relief that we found him and Odyssey Contracting.
