Kevin from Orca Blue has visited us and presented many details about home water treatment systems. He was very impressive and has good knowledge about these water systems. Their prices were competitive and Gilberto has installed our system . Installation team has done a great work on both Softner system and RO system. Overall, Its been several weeks now and everything is going well with our filtration systems. I would recommend Orca blue for those who are looking for a great product and Service.

Orca Blue was great. We decided to get a water filer and softener due to low ph in our well water. With Orca Blue we got a Maytag system with a lifetime warranty. The installation went very smoothly, no issues. We even had a power outage in our area during the install, which did not bother the Orca Blue guys at all. When complete they explained the system, how it worked, and what I needed to do and what to do in case of an emergency. I would highly recommend Orca Blue to anyone looking for a water treatment system.

Kevin’s a very nice guy. His presentation was incredible and very informative. He explained everything clearly and answered all our questions with expertise. Gilbert did an outstanding job installing the water softener. The installation was neat and clean. He showed me how the system works. I highly recommend this company for their excellent service. The entire team was fantastic to work with. They took time to explain all of their recommendations and the reasoning behind them. I felt like they cared about making sure I got what I needed but did not try to upsell me on things that I didn’t need. They were very fast to respond and kept me updated through out the processed. They followed up during and after the work to make sure I was comfortable and happy with how everything turned out. The pricing was transparent and competitive. They even fixed my washing machine hookups completely free of charge. Would definitely recommend and use again!

They responded to our initial contact immediately! Came exactly when they said they would on Friday and installed the system on Monday. Explained everything to us before and after installation. Showed us comparisons with several other companies but never said anything negative about the other companies…kept insuring us that all of them were good reputable companies with good products. We were able to make comparisons between the systems for the treatment recommended as a result of our water testing which was done on the spot. Very happy with the service and the lifetime warranty.

I had my system installed today and everything looks great. Kevin is extremely nice and easy to work with. His plumbers are very good as well and they all do a great job of explaining their products and process. I had multiple companies come give me quotes and Orca Blue seemed like the most professional and competitive. They use Maytag systems, carry $1M single incident/$2M aggregate insurance, pull permits and schedule multiple inspections ensuring your home is protected and the system is done properly. Would definitely reccomend.

Everything from the beginning to the end was professional and we couldn’t be happier. Kevin is great! He was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to respond to any questions/concerns we might have.
