The entire job was performed without a hitch. I cannot say enough about the superlative work performed by WD Osborne, his crew, and all of the subcontractors.

Workmanship and oversight was excellent for much of the project until the lead carpenter left the project before it was completed (no fault of the company) but with that loss the completion date lagged by a month or so.

We are very happy with them. He does excellent work and he listens to everything you want. He does exactly what he says he is going to do, he is on time and on budget. The price was very good.

The original plan was to completely build our master suite and deck in about 3 months.  Mr. Osborne took great care with the original plans and he designed a custom space for us that completely suited our needs.  As requested, he kept the designs simple, as we prefer function over form.  The work was slower to start than expected, but once work began the project was completed within the allotted time. 
Work started with the removal of 2 huge trees.  There was an accident an our fence was damaged, but the damage was repaired.  They removed our old porch, removed the siding from the parts of our house where the addition would be built.  Next, they  trenched the area for the plumbing and crawlspace, built the frame, built a roof, wired the bedroom and bath, and then completed the plumbing.  They consulted us on fixtures, flooring, and paint.  Once they completed the fixtures, painted the walls and ceiling, and laid the flooring, the inspection went well and the value of our home has nearly doubled!
They also completed a new deck (since the addition removed our back porch) and it is sturdy and beautiful.  When the steps were placed, they were placed according to the original plan, but once we saw it the steps seemed to be too close to the gate.  We discussed our concerns with the contractor, and they promptly relocated the steps to a better location.
The rooms are beautiful, meets all our needs, and were sized to accommodate the furniture we have.  The carpenter assisted us with mounting our TV in the new space.  We have had to report a few minor issue with a few things (for example, a flaw in the paint and unglued flooring) and each time the contractor promptly sent out a worker to make the corrections for us.  Each time, the correction took less than one business day.
Overall, I'm very thrilled with the outcome and would highly recommend this contractor.

They were thorough and meticulous. The quality and workmanship was excellent. They had good communication skills. Overall, the job was extremely well done.  We did have an issue with one of the sub contractors and he kind of stretched the work out.
