We are under new management and we care about our customers. I have remodeled to some extent! Our current hours of operation are Tue-Fri 10-6 and Sat 10-4. You have my personal guarantee we will be open the hours listed. Come get your free water test and check us out!

I went to Poolside and worked with mainly Renee and she told me that the water test I had gotten didn't look right for the chemicals I was told to use and asked if I had anymore of the water. I didn't but went straight home and got more. Once they tested the water they told me that chemical amounts I was told to use was incorrect and they told me the amounts to use and also another chemical I would need. I know have my chemical levels good and we are able to enjoy the hot tub. The 3 ladies here are awesome to work with and want to help you. They take a lot of pride in helping you. I would recommend them to everyone. Poolside is kind of hidden on North Pointe Dr but is located beside McDonalds in the little strip mall.

Their recommendations are always spot on.

Work was delayed, apparently due to weather. It was supposed to be done end April but finally was completed in June. The Durham office was not too helpful during this time and kept referring me to Mebane office, which I found inappropriate as I had been dealing with Durham location. However, the job was done well and Mike (the person who installed) was knowledgable, courteous and professional. He took pride in his work. So in a nutshell, I would work with Mike again!

When I got the bill I was overwhelmed at the costs. Far less than expected which made me very pleased. I highly recommend Poolside for all repairs. They certainly go teh distance for the customer!!!!!

I was taken care of in a timely manor. My husband usually takes the water in for testing and they recognized our name right away. The lady who took care of me remembered our pool history and asked how it was going. Very pleased with the service.

Overall everything has been great. From the first time I called the company to their help with water samples and supplies. We will continue working with them.

Poolside Inc Of Durham are great. We use them twice a month. They test your water for free. They are nice, they understand the situation, they are quick and they are very knowledgeable. They are very good people. They help you keep your water clear. If you have a problem, they help you out. They are very good to work with.

They analyze the water I need, and what I need to put it into it. It's a free service. If anything happens with the pool, they can help troubleshoot it. I used them one time when I had a leak, and they helped me figure it out.

WE CALLED AND MADE AN APPOINTMENT. THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO COME THAT DAY, SO THEY CALLED TO RESCHEDULE, WHICH WAS FINE. THEY DID GET OUR POOL UP AND RUNNING FOR THE SUMMER. THEY ALWAYS DO A TERRIFIC JOB.

I LIKED THE WIDE SELECTION OF SHAPES, FINISHES AND OPTIONS. THEY CAME OUT TO GIVE US AN ESTIMATE. WE DID HAVE A FEW DELAYS, BUT THAT DID NOT AFFECT THE QUALITY OF THEIR CONSTRUCTION.
