"They were pricy, but came highly recommended. They were prompt in scheduling. Their main selling point is the quality of the prep cleaning. While the new deck looked OK, there were missed areas on the existing porch. The quality of the staining itself was variable - there were areas where they did a great job, and others that were missed, overlooked, or intentionally ignored. The eaves were among the intentionally ignored, and I was told "that's defined as part of the roof structure, which isn't included." Excuse me, but the contract says "clean and stain exterior of screen porch" - it does not say "screen porch walls only." Another ignored area was the top edge of the fascia and floorboards, which they stained above, and below, leaving a gap. And there were several other spots that were overlooked even after a visit to complete punch list items. I asked multiple times to talk to the owner but he never called me back. Next time I'll just hire a real house painter."

"The install was delayed first by some of the materials being damaged in shipment. Then the ornamental fence I wanted was on backorder for three weeks. They gave me a more expensive product at no cost to me. Lastly, the arched gate was late to arrive, and held up completion of the job. Overall, the workmanship was great. A better job could've been done with scheduling for arrival of the materials to coincide with the agreed upon installation date."
