"If you're looking for a water treatment/softener solution, Progressive is the company to go with. They installed solutions in two houses. Rob came out and tested our water explaining every step and result as he went. Dan worked with me to create a solution to cover all my needs and cost parameters. Norbert and Riley, the installers were first class professionals with plumbing and other aspects of the install. Having had both houses completely replumbed recently and fixing horrific plumbing fails from the original house builds and touring several neighbors water treatment solutions installations, apparently there a number of plumbers out there that should not be in the business. These guys did a great job and made sure we were happy with the results! Everyone at the company is knowledgeable, polite and a professional at their role. Would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a water treatment solution."

"The technician, Steven, was very polite and friendly and knowledgeable about my plumbing issues. He was going to provide an estimate, but I discovered while he was at my house that the work was covered by my builder."

"Highly recommended. I had a simple repair of a leaking kitchen sink faucet. I did not have the proper tools or expertise for the job. I was very satisfied with JD Service Now. The dispatcher was prompt and professional. They called me before the plumbing technician arrived with an ETA. The tech arrived on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything before doing any work. He not only fixed the leak quickly but also made sure I know where and how to operate the water shut off, Checked the water pressure into the house and the pressure relief valve on the water heater. The rate was relatively reasonable for a 20 minute call; at least compared to estimates for the other 2 companies. I will keep this companies number in my phone contacts for future home repairs."

"My plumber was excellent. The customer service reps didn't seem to know plumbing."

"We got a water softener installed when we moved in 2 years ago and they showed up when promised and did a great job installing it and explaining the machine to us. During a winter freeze we had a piece break and they quickly came out to replace it for free under the warranty. Great work and great customer service."

"Prompt, courteous, and professional. They came out right away when we called and told them out water was out."

"Tim did a great job with the replacement of our water heater. Even though it was the day after Thanksgiving he moved some of his other appointments around to come to our home that afternoon. Tim and his assistant were careful to put on shoe covers in the house and to observe COVID 19 precautions. The job required more complicated plumbing since we have a desuperheater loop from our geothermal heat pump that connects to the water heater; the additional charge for this work was minimal. Tim was here until after 5:00 that evening, with the result that we had hot water over the weekend."

"Very fast! Knowledgeable and took care of our not up to code water heater! Really good experience would call them again for our future plumbing or water problems!"

"I upgraded to a metal spicket so that cost $50.00 more. Done quickly and efficiently, they also replaced a valve at the water turn-off in the house that I noticed was dripping."
