They were more enthusiastic about selling me a new system . They offered to give me a price break if I purchased a new system within a certain time frame. I told them I would consider it. Fortunately I was able to find another repair person who fixed the unit on site by replacing a few gaskets and a piston. It only took half an hour. Their trip fee was less than Progressiveâ s and thatâ s all it cost me to get my softener fixed. I am updating my review because the owner of the company contacted me and apologized for their inability to fix my water softener. He also sent me a check for a full refund of their trip fee."

"If you have brown water, talk to Action Well and Pump. My water was so full of magnesium and manganese that the county told me not to drink it so I lived on bottled water for 10 years. My clothes were brown (regardless of their original color) and so full of minerals that they were stiff.
