Very personable and professional. Mr. Naim took the time to explain the water filtration system process's advantages and disadvantages. He was very thorough and contacted me after the installation was completed to make sure that the install was working as intended. I would definitely hire Mr. Naim again.

I have used Aqua-Rite for many years. Naim is always prompt and though in the replacement of many different kinds of water filters in my home. He is also thorough. This visit, he prevented future damage to a water filtration system that was not installed properly. My basement would have been flooded if it had broken loose. I am always impressed with his knowledge! He is a true gem!!

Our well water was smelly, cloudy and often brown and the calcium deposits were ruining our hot water heaters and other appliances. The old company came out several times, but nothing changed. Aqua-Right installed a system with multiple media filters that removed the odor and left the water clear and mineral free so that our dishes actually come out of the washer without that white film. I would give them five stars across the board but the system is a bit expensive. However, this is definitely a case of "you get what you pay for."

Naim is extremely knowledgeable about water and the science of treating it. I was once in that business and he knew all the right answers. The only reason I gave an overall four-star rating is that I have no experience with the company regarding service or if a problem was to occur. However, I do not expect any and I believe we have the right equipment to solve our water problems for the long term. If a real pro is needed, this company is recommended

Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Walked me through every detail to make sure I understood what was happening and why it happened within the system. They made sure I was setup with the correct settings, did a complete systems checkup, and replaced only the parts that needed replacement. They did not try and sell me on needless repairs! The staff has a passion for the world that they do. Highly recommend!
