Not so. And now all I want is a return of $79.50 that is owed to me due to non-performance
Having read the company's answer I would like to add that if a customer leaves three requests for a call back and none takes place is somewhat upsetting. As an 83 year old widow with limited income I felt the need to let the owner know what I wanted to discuss, hard to do if no one calls back. $79.50 are a lot of money to me - the owner might use that amount for a lunch. I only want to add one sentence to this whole scenario - "the smart one gives in".
"We try to make every effort to get you scheduled for service. You 2nd service was not due until February of this year. The only way we have to contact you is by telephone and mail. If we dont hear back from a customer we have to assume they will make contact with us once they are ready for service. If you wanted to set up a appointment to have your system serviced all you had to do is contact us though our Web page Angie's list like you did for this review or call us directly. I reviewed the phone calls and the only messages we received from you is that you wanted a refund with no other explanation. As you where told I (the owner) was out of the office and would call you once I got back in to discuss with you. It is our goal to resolve any issues with our customers. Please review the term of the agreement that you signed . If you need a copy we will be happy to provide you with one. I will accept this review as you your written cancellation. There is no refund policy in agreement that you signed."
