I paid $1,160.52 to have that done. The downstairs heater then was working fine, but I started having issues with the upstairs that very night. I couldn't get the temperature to drop below 70 degrees when I put the thermostat as low as 65 degrees. They sent a different person out to look at it. He said there was nothing wrong, and the issue was that the heat downstairs, which was set at 68 degrees, was causing it to heat up to 70 degrees upstairs. Even though I was upset with the service that I got from one of the text who I would call vindictive I wanted to the office that next morning, and I asked for a manager, and I got Mr. Curtis, and Mr. Curtis told me that he would come out to the house and he would bring a check with him and his name was Travis. And when I tell you that Mr. Curtis made me feel like he was a superman like he could just change everything and he , as a manager went up underneath my house to check and see if there was anything wrong the unit to see if there was anything wrong in it Iâ ll say Travis and also the inside of the house. As of now, this looks like 4 days of wasted time as I am not sure their customer service exist. The lady this morning said she would mark as urgent and get to a manager. You would think a simple call to a customer explaining backlog or schedule repair date should not take more than 5 minutes. Will give them until later today and then move on..."
