"I have a Service Agreement with this company. I was having an issue with the downstairs heat not running. They gave me an estimate to replace zone board and zone damper motor. I paid $1,160.52 to have that done. The downstairs heater then was working fine, but I started having issues with the upstairs that very night. I couldn't get the temperature to drop below 70 degrees when I put the thermostat as low as 65 degrees. They sent a different person out to look at it. He said there was nothing wrong, and the issue was that the heat downstairs, which was set at 68 degrees, was causing it to heat up to 70 degrees upstairs.
