"We received a call Friday evening that your a/c wasn't working. Your family was only charged a $70 diagnostic fee. The technician found your fan motor needed to be replaced. Unfortunately, the motor was a special order part so we weren't able to replace the motor during this visit. We spoke with your husband, who agreed on the cost of the motor before we ordered it. You had a week to cancel while waiting for the motor to arrive. When the motor came in, we spoke with your husband again to schedule a time to have the part installed. Your family was only charged the cost of the motor and installing it. There was no additional service charge. A few days later, I received another service call from your husband regarding a "funny smell" in the house. A technician came right out to your house. He found a four wheeler in the garage that was causing a gas smell. You were not charged for this service call either. Our company didn't have anything to do with this problem and we didn’t tape ducting during any of our visits. The motor is inside the equipment and doesn’t require any duct changes. Weeks after the repair you called us during the evening about the cost of the fan motor. You said you saw fan motors online cheaper. I explained to you this was a special order motor and your husband agreed to the cost."

My Old Heat pump Craped out. Jimmie was very Prompt. He was out the same day that I called him. He was upfront with me letting me know My options My heat pump had been in my current residence since the 80's He said he would be glad to charge my unit, but the best course of action was to replace my current unit. Jimmy gave me a Wide variety of choices.
I checked several other of his competitors. He was very competitive in his pricing. but most of all he seemed willing to help me find the best unit for my house. The warranty on the unit I chose was better than some of the bigger name brands, and his personal guarantee in writing on the bill gave me the security I needed to purchase from him.
The day of the install He was on time, and Came prepared to start immediately. He finished the Job on time and met my every expectation.
