Jonathan Mcneil HVAC

Mr. Mcneil went out of his way to come at the end of a long day on a Friday evening to repair my furnace because the weather was predicted to be cold over the weekend. Originally he had said he would come on Monday, but he said he realized that the weather would make it an uncomfortable weekend for me and came after 6 PM to help me out. So I was comfortable all weekend because of his concern. He fixed the problem with in a half an hour. Also because of the Pandemic, I really appreciated his effort to stay far away from me and to not come into my house. We communicated by phone or at a great distance outside. This was very much appreciated.

Very well. I called him around 11:30 am when my system went out, he arrived around 1:00 pm, knew exactly what it was by just seeing the machine and had everything up and running by 7:00 pm. Very knowledgeable, professional and caring. I would certainly hire him again.

He came over on Memorial Day afternoon and was able to get the AC unit u and running. So thankful that he came over and was able to solve the problem quickly and at s reasonable price. I would definitely call him again.

Went well. They were able to get to us quickly, which we appreciated since this happened during a week of extremely cold weather. They offered options at different price points & let us make up our own minds.

I called Jonathan at lunch time, and he was at the house by 5:30 PM the same day. When he left, the system not only worked again, but it cooled much better than before. He quoted prices before performing work, took the time to explain what he was doing and why he recommended it, and did not try to sell expensive, unnecessary services. I will definitely call him the next time our system needs service.

My a/c wasn't blowing cold air and Jonathan was able to come out within hours of my call. He quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem (failed blower motor and capacitor) and assured me that it would be fixed the same day. Once he found the part he quoted me a fair price and after the work was done, he charged exactly what he had quoted me. He did not once try to sell me a new unit or a maintenance contract or any of those things the big companies often do. If, like me, you are truly just wanting your existing HVAC unit repaired without having to worry about somebody giving you the hard sell, this is your man. He did a great job and I will contact him in the future when the next thing goes wrong with this old A/C unit of mine.

Jonathan was very responsive, came out right away and fixed the issue promptly. His estimate for the work was very accurate and was quite competitive compared to a "big repair shop" which also quoted the job.

It was a very hot day and I was burning up in my house. I never wanted to get my air fix because I figure I could wait until the fall but it became to much to bear. I was on a call with my friend telling her about the heat and she told me to contact Jonathan McNeil. So I took her advice, I call him and because I told him that I could not bear the heat any longer he informed me that he will be over in the morning. He call me that morning to let me know he was on the way and call me once he was outside. It only took a few hours for him to fix the unit and he told me by next morning my house will be cooled. When I got up the next morning he was right my house was cooled.
